Limelight

Limelight is a game where you play high school students who started a band. You just need 3-5 players and someone to run the game.

Game sessions are split into two phases: 

• Preparation: The characters deal with life as high school students: part-time jobs, parents, girlfriends and boyfriends, and each other. 
• Performance: The kids grab their instruments, take the stage and put on a show. 

Can you balance your home, schoolwork, job and personal obligations and issues with life in a shitty band? Will you burn out, fade away or make it big-time? 

The Gear: 70+ page rulebook with printable character sheets and playmat. 
The Lineup: Ten bios (character types) that describe who these kids are. 
Soundcheck with pre-generated characters so you can get onstage ASAP.

Limelight is currently an ashcan. All feedback we receive will be used for further development and testing, leading to future releases with improved gameplay.
